Service Calls
We come to you. All repairs are made on-site at your
home or facility and can usually be scheduled within 24
hours of your call. Our maintenance staff is both trained
and certified to make repairs on all gym equipment. They are
prompt, professional and courteous.
Sales
Wholesale discounts on exercise equipment. Because Acme
orders direct, we do not have the costly overhead of a show
room. This enables us to pass the savings on to you. We
deliver, install and service every piece of equipment we
sell.
Installations
Proper installation is key. Most of today's equipment
is highly sensitive, requiring professional
programming, balancing, lubricating and assembly in
order for it to run at an optimized state. Our
technicians thoroughly test each integral part of the
unit ensuring it operates at the highest level of
performance.
Preventative Maintenance
Your breakdowns can be prevented. Nearly half of all
equipment repairs can be tracked to a lack of maintenance.
If worn or defective parts are not replaced, extensive
damage may occur and could affect integral systems. By
scheduling a quarterly or monthly Preventative Maintenance
appointment, you can own flawlessly operating machines 365
days a year.
Our customized ‘tune-up’ for your apparatus includes but is
not limited to:
- Cleaning, inspecting, and
recalibrating displays and electronics.
- Aligning and tightening belts and cables for proper
wear.
- Cleansing and inspecting motor components
- Removing build-up from track, chains, and pulley
systems.
- Inspecting bolts, screws, cables and miscellaneous
hardware.
- Balancing and tension setting belts, pulley systems
